1. Cake "Winter"

Ingredients:

Cooking method:

3. Gelatin diluted in boiling water and stir until dissolved.

0.5 cups of sugar syrup
0.5 cups peanut butter
100 grams of popped rice
100 g dark chocolate

Cooking method:

Ingredients:

250 g of Maria cookies
330 g berry Turkish delight
140 g pistachio kernels
170 g oatmeal cookies
icing sugar for decoration

Cooking method:

Cover the square form with a depth of 10 cm and a width of 20 cm with baking paper (so that its edges protrude beyond the edges of the form) and smear with butter. Melt chocolate in a water bath, add cream and mix until smooth. Add liqueur. Cook the cookies (both types) and Turkish Delight, add pistachios and chocolate-cream mixture and mix. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 6 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
