4 buckets of sand (from mayonnaise) + 1 bucket of cement (500th) + 1 bucket of water .
To fill the tiles, you need to find a flat place, for example, a large table. To keep the front side of the tile smooth, put a sheet of old plywood.
I make 15 tiles a day, in hot weather they freeze for a day, then I stack them for further weathering and storage.
In rainy weather it is better not to fill the tiles because they dry for a long time and they have to be covered with something from the rain.
On the day for the kneading of 15 tiles takes 2.5 hours.
About the molds:
Molds can come up with any shape.
Here, the molds are made of scraps of a 5cm x 5cm bar and thin slats (sawn on the machine). These bars are nailed with ordinary nails and fixed on top with slats for stiffness (i.e., stronger). Forms have existed for 8 years and have not broken.
To lay the tile out the 20 cm trench, cover it with sand, so the tile lies more evenly.
